So I was watching an old AMV I made of a bunch of sexy anime bunnygirls and decided I needed to combine the three best to make the ultimate bunnygirl: Misty May, Mimika, and Maxine Blackbunny. This was the result.
Initially I wanted her to have black fur. Stupid sexy Maxine makes black fur amazing...but I just couldnt get it to look right. Black is a hard color to work with. Even grey didn't seem "right". White looked great but was too bland...and then I tried the old faithful: brown with a white stomach and it worked. Mostly because the more I looked at it, the more it looked rightly wrong. Like she was TOO much of a bunny...like she SHOULD be...and then it clicked:
She's a HARE!
Hares are bigger and faster than rabbits with longer legs and ears...well 'dem some freakin' LEGS on her...and ears. Her ears are big. And you know, hares are just kinda...wilder?
So now I'm imagining her as a hare who wants to be a bunny and dresses as a bunnygirl and just has some sort of weird complex about it. Maybe hares have a weird reputation? I dunno but it's cute. I like the idea of a hare bunnygirl more and more.
Now I just have to figure out a name! XD Mimi? Nene? Coco? Any ideas?
