I had SAI, it's not bad. But not as powerful as CSP. CSP has a shit ton of tools and access to more tools online. Animation software. At least I know CSP Ex does, which is the version I have. Personally I would say, if you can afford it, go with CSP. Be sure to look at the different options since they come in tiers.
Yeah I need to figure out how to upload the brushes I have made. I made a couple scale brushes! Best example is the mermaid I did a while back http://www.furaffinity.net/view/20147490/
