I've been making little incremental updates to my ref sheet over the last year or so, but the last time I made a wholly new ref image was -2014- apparently. Yep, that needs fixing. Not too much of a change really, just a more 'correct' look for me, and some additions that I think work better than what I had before. Some ideas/inspirations taken from 
NecroDrone13's reference sheets.
