Also, I know you're probably just doing this for fun, but have you thought about making set pieces for the photography of your dolls?
Like an outdoor tea party set up like real people, but dolls. I think that's more artistic than dark shots in the living room.

haha the goal is trying to get it to look like normal pictures. also: tea parties and outside events have been done with my other dolls... I have a page on flickr and a page on facebook about them...
