Radar Syn is the only daughter of Mitch “Snake Eyes” Syn the head bookie for the Glinteyes crime family. Snake Eyes gained his position after he predicted that Micheal Marceau would win the Grand championship. His prediction turned what could have been a serious financial setback for the Glinteyes gambling organization into a moderately profitable venture. The alakazam has since been a favorite of Gerlad Glinteyes, the mafia don, ever since. Radar has been raised with all the advantages her father’s position and wealth can afford. She has been able to mix with top caliber athletes and has been a good student of them, being unusually athletic for a physic species. Recently her father made headlines around Hoen by opening a legal gambling casino, although authorities’ thing that it is a money laundering operation for the Syn’s backers they haven’t been able to prove a thing. Radar has gone to PCA for two things, in order to be backup for her good friend Bling, and to pursue her own dreams of a professional battle career.


Personality: Radar is a self assured and cocky mon. She has a strong future sight and isn’t afraid to use it to her advantage. She has a 93% reliability rate with the sight so she is rarely surprised.

Special Talents: Radar is an actually physic radar. She can actually see a person broadcast thoughts without reading their minds. Using this and her future sight she is a incredible spy gathering information on mon without them realizing it. Before a fight she will tail her opponents and pick up clues on their battle plans giving her an edge in combat. She doesn’t see this as cheating just using her natural talents.
