Dang that's a nice paint job on that Dreadnought. The wolves have some of my favorite models.

why thank you. i even put heat burn on the melta as well as did some knotwork painting on his legs. plan to go back and add more to it but right now its done!

thank you i'm very proud of it. more so as i have all the arms and gun mounts magnetised :) and i had to custom build the base using paints, spare models and plasticard.

Those Leviathan Dreadnought are extremely rare but all bad ass when seeing one in battle 0wO

well i got to try it out in a game a little while ago. sadly my friend didn't have good things to fight it so it just rampaged. taking out 20 chaos marines, a chaos lord and a helbrute before we called the game due to time ^.^;;;

It feels a bit... bland. Of course, if this is heresy era then that's before they went nuts with the decoration, so it fits. And definitely very nicely executed. Good, clean paintjob.

i unfortunately agree with you alittle. and though he is officially "done' i do plan to go and make some additions to him. i have some knotwork designs i'm working on as well as getting a stormwolf shield crest to use on his shoulder ;) just to add a bit more to him.

well its not completely as bad as it could have been *whistles* then again 40k version of the space wolves i'm not as much of a fan of. i like the 30k version much more. but yes i am getting excited :)

Finished reading Wrath of Magnus.
Yes it is bad, but a mixture of 'plot armour' with a failure to understand number of forces on all sides and 'just as planned!' Made it a bad read, was poorly written too. Each war zone fluff is steadily getting worse...but at least the rules for armies are rather balanced instead of usual codex creep shinanagans.

Fall of Cadia next, have to see how that pans out.
Also heard of a Dark Angels/Fallen books too. Well, that is the Dark Angels wiped out...along with badly damaged Space Wolves and few companies nearly destroyed from the Blood Angels.
Here's a good idea, kill of loads of marines and chaos still fail, YAY!

as bad as it is... it still feels better then the tau campaign where Shadowsun unleashes plot device Armour and devices every 4 pages. ... that pisses me right he fuck off trying to read that garbage.

still going through the magnus one but so far i don't see the end of the dark angels here. more like they have re-positioned themselves to do other things and help the wolves wipe out the thousand sons invasions.

granted there was one thing that did erk me about the book that was when Stern first shows up. where the book talks about how him and Ragnar have been buddy buddy fighting all over the place after meeting up and defeating a monstrously powerful lord of change that was gonna kill all the grey knights. but as far as i remember in the previous book it was 1. Krom Dragongaze who came rushing to Stern's back and saved him and started rampaging around fighting back to back with him. and 2. it was a fucking Bloodthrister not a Lord of Change they fought! >.< oh well :P

Oh, I had forgotten myself that part. Continuity, what's that?
I just hated how each two pages of story had a new chapter title.

Dark Angels and Stern were rather missing, as the other chapters apart from light mentions.

Who knows what will happen next.

i have pretty much converted nearly every model in the army be it like or more. also the leviathan i added some more scroll and tattoo freehand on the main body. also did up more like i have a Deredeo, a contemptor, a lot of guys and 3 predators etc etc so hopefully get to put up a few pics of the finished army. :3 the models i used base for the infantry are al ittle hard to repose for dynamic ones but i did get to re-position and make custom arms carrying marauder axes and stuff to give em more variety
