Just recently I discoverd the british sci-fi comedy series Hyperdrive. I bought the DVD box and am totally struck with the comedy and the great ideas in it. The series is about the happy go lucky adventures of the crew of the HMS Camden Lock, around its lovable commander Michael "Mike" "Hendo" Henderson (played by the incredible Niick Frost) that tries to spreat the glory of 22th century Great Britain across the universe. A fact of it that really fascinates me is that it remains to stay hard sci-fi even thou it is hillarious. IOt is a bit like a mix of Star Trek and Fawlty Tower. Absolutely brilliant. Now since I love this show so much I decidet to draw a little fanart of the main cast and the HMS Camden Lock. I´m not quite happy how the ship worked out but the crew is pretty much on the spot.
