I guess it qualifies sort of as Charles de Lint fan art.

I thumbed through the Changing Breeds book for the new WoD, and there's a section where they talk about animal-peoples' human forms reflecting what they truly are. So they're all supposed to be humans reminiscent of specific animals, but that's actually a lot harder to convey on paper than it is in theory.
