Ok so one day I was playing online on my PS3 looked out the window to the bay and it was empty, then 5 min later I look back again and this was there. This is the coast guard cutter ORCAS out of Coos Bay, OR it was in port do to bad weather. This was shot on the last day of the three days they were in port. Some of the crew went to shore to get some supply’s and left the next day.
