tl:dr version, expect much less art from me, this took about 9 months to do.

I think we can all agree 2016 kinda sucked, but on top of the somewhat predictable political suck (both UK and US) and the various celebrity deaths (again a little predictable with their age and all) I've also had 2 family deaths this year, one of which has come around this month, and means a good portion of my holidays will involve burying a loved one.

However even with all that a friend of mine Imagni asked people to name something good that happened this year, and I can't deny that actually, I've got a lot to be thankful for.
To cut it short, whatever suck and rubbish has happened this year, the people whom I do care about, family & friends, have been the ones who have made this year something worth pulling through, and probably will do the next few years.

Fingers crossed, the last hours of this year I will be in the company of good friends and remembering why life is worth getting through!
