I know the feel. I've started hanging out with Mani/RaveDragon, and around him I balloon to rather crazy sizes. *Hands a container of powder and a fitness DVD* Now, this is basic stuff. Take a teaspoon of the powder with water at every meal, and follow the workout advice on this DVD for an hour a day. After a few weeks, you'll start packing on muscle. Remember to maintain a proper diet while doing this, as the powder needs all the protein and nutrients it can to work its magic.
