I never thought I'd run out of named for these pictures but I am running out of names for these, I start drawing but I'm having trouble naming the characters, it's just concept.
Anyway about the drawing itself, I recently found that the Black & Blue Striped T-shirt are becoming the most popular thing to draw and I've succumb to it, I don't know why that is but I just really drawing these kind of striped shirts, I could've picked black & white or red & green but my mind always strays to black & blue.

It seems this little pikachu have become a very ticklish victim to Tickle Torture, she's receive no mercy from these magic feathers, I was origanally going to have the character be a Normal Pikachu but the face I drew looked kindave weird on the normal-no haired pokemon, so I decided it was COSPLAY PIKACHU TIME! and put her in a gothic outfit, complete with Purple Hair!

P.S This part when I posted it was added as a response to those people that say "what am I even looking at" without giving anything else and just said it to get the creator mad.
(Oh and no sock version because the feathers wouldn't really make much sense since tickling socked feet with feathers would do basically nothing, that would call for me to make a completely different picture)
