I was in the dollar store earlier this week and I actually had a similar situation this. This guy was in there with his girlfriend he'd never been to a dollar store before and he says to his girlfriend I wonder if they have beer here? And he wanted to instinctually reach out and smack him in the head and it was very hard to resist the urge to do so. I think his girlfriend almost instinctually whacked him in the head.

oh yes we have 1$ dollar beer yes there's no beer in it its just piss water but we still call it beer

I suppose I shouldn't be so prized that other countries have beer at the dollar store.
