Dodging back to the rest of the group, Kageichi held his fighting stance as the boss stood before the four of them. There beside him were two of his three brothers, the two youngest were a pair of sheep dogs. The first youngest was had a patch of brown on his face, wearing a black and white gi and wielding a gold sword was Aoto, the second youngest was Toshi, wielding a bronze staff and wearing a shirt and tie to battle.

"Kage, don't try not to go too far ahead of us!" The oldest of the four brothers was Gen, a tanuki mage with a star mark on his tail. He held out his paw and healed the bit of damage on the panda. "I've got enough magic to heal, but if you keep leaving my the group I won't help you next time."

"Jeez, you don't have to be so harsh big bro!" Kage chuckled nervously, he knew his brother was protective of them but could also be pretty strict.

"D-Don't worry, next time I'll cover you." Aoto responded nervously, his grip on his origami sword tightened but he still nervous as the creature in front of them drew closer. He could feel the sweat coming dripping off his nose as his paw shook nervously. But his fur jumped as another paw patted his shoulder, it was Toshi.

"Don't worry, just relax and don't let this thing get to you." His fellow sheep dog brother assured him smiling, the smile quickly disappeared as he twirled his staff against a group of incoming tentacles. The staff deflected them from their target, and with Gen summoning fire balls he burned them to a crisp until there was nothing left. "Just focus on what you can do for now, Aoto. Just leave what you can't do to your older brothers."

"Toshi-nii, t-thank you! I'll do my best!"

"That's more like it! Alright, let's do this then!" Kageichi felt pumped hearing that and was ready to fight again.

Gen was silent now, analyzing the monster as he noticed it glowing. It's ominous aura was growing stronger, as if it was about to do something. "Everyone, keep your guard up!" He summoned more flames, ready to counter whatever attack came at them as the others guarded themselves.

The beast roared out as its aura bursts forth from its body, it enveloped the four in a black wave. Aoto shut his eyes out of nervousness, hoping that the others could withstand and stop the attack whatever it could be. But as he opened his eyes, he found that nothing happened. The monster still stood before them, but the four still stood undamaged.

"We're all ok. Hehehe, guess that was just its way of scaring us. Huh, Kage-nii?" He smiled back to the panda, but there was something wrong. The panda was silent, and that was unusual for him. "Kage-nii? What's wrong, why aren't you talking?"

"Ao...to. Get back..." Kage's voice strained, his arm suddenly moved and swung out at the youngest brother. The dog quickly dodged and stepped back towards Toshi, the panda turned around with his his fist pulled back enveloping in Qi. "Kuma... Ken...."

"K-Kage-nii, snap out of it! Toshi-nii, what do we-!?" He turned back in shock, Toshi was glaring at him with an eerie glow in his eyes just like Kageichi's. As was Gen who raised his paw out in front of him. "Toshi-nii, Gen-nii, not you too!"

The three launched out their attack, striking forth with staff, fist, and fire against each other. Aoto ducked down just in time, as Kage and Toshi struck strong blows against each other. As the flames fired at them he quickly summoned forth more paper, forming shields that blocked the fireballs from attacking.

"Guys, snap out of it!"

I got to do a pretty cool collab for the first time, an awesome action piece made from my new lil brother  aotoaka He did a really great job, And I know he'll get even better. He's a great artist, and I'll always be there to support him that's what big brothers do after all ;3
