Now that this update has come, the "marker" tool from SAI can finally be replicated in Clip Studio Paint!

How did I do it, you ask?

Well, basically in the Brush Settings, in the “Ink” tab, I un-checked “Mix Ground Color,” and I set the Blending Mode to “Compare Density.” After that, it’s just a matter of tweaking the settings to your tastes. Adding textures of your choice, adjusting pressure sensitivity, etc.

Now there is nothing left to bind me to SAI! I’m FREEEEE !
