Fifi decided she was curious how she would be treated if she wasn't a skunk and so she crafted up this dog outfit to wear. With this she could hide her musk and pretend to be someone else entirely due to all the classes toons were required to take. Noone would suspect the doggy of being her well with the exception of Bugs maybe once he saw the bill for all the supplies gotten by the f/x department to craft it but he would have the dog pay it off in a different way. Fifi on the other hand would be excited by the scent of rubber and playing someone she wasn't with her friends being none the wiser.

the idea for this came from the Kon Ducky episode in which Fifi crafts a rubber mask of plucky. In the background of that was a dog mask on a shelf which served as the inspiration for this.
