So last thursday I started volunteering at the local Humane Society, and I've been walking dogs. On average I take 7-10 dogs a day, depending on how many people are there walking. There are 4 or 5 dogs that I take every day, and all the time they feel more and more like they're my own. So this is Jackson, one I've been walking and would bring home in a second if I could. I added a funny hat, but after I really got going on the painting, I wished I wouldn't have. This MIGHT be the beginning of a whole Shelter Dog Walker series of sorts. (Go figure, my art teacher pushed and pushed for myself and my classmates to try doing a series and now I have subject matter to do one on, 1 year and a half after graduation.)
