Yup, like what Obakawaii said, she was an adopt, and the outfit is - mostly - something that came with her, save for a few tweaks to it to help clean it up.

I think the earphone is actually my favorite part of the tweaks you made to her, as it's a great way to integrate that original design feature of the head wings without making them look awkward!
