When playing a dragon player character in a tabletop game, there's a lot of little things to the way you act that needs to change. A lot of the things you take for granted as a bipedal humanoid end up being sacrificed.
Waking up: You yawn, you stretch-- wait. You are a very large quadrupedal reptile. You stretch like a cat, and this takes a large height and length clearance, as well as the fact that you will most likely rake your claws on the ground doing that. Yawning ends up being hazardous to you if there are nearby choking hazards like low flying birds and bats.
Body language: Hazardous to anyone near you if you make large sweeping gestures. Using your paws to help express yourself when you have rending claws is like running around with scissors for hands. Depending on how you play it, your tail might also have a mind of it's own, be mindful of it.
Hugs: Big enough dragons have a crush attack. Use your wings. Wing hugs are cute and comfy.
It's these little details I like to play out in a game. I am a giant nerd.
