A song from a little known SNES game called Tokimeki Memorial.
It was only released in japan and has a corresponding Anime and many sequels, however the music in the Snes version wa the best of the bunch so her's the first song I finished.

Unfortunately, this one didn't turn out as I had at first expected it to and I got a little carried away with the sounds.

By the way, Tokimeki, means heartbeat, to those of you out there who actually wanna know stuff like that.
