Noire's just a simple Jirachi, who likes simple things, like violence, and knives. He's creepy and occasionally a bit loony, but he usually means well. Unless you pissed him off somehow. Then he probably doesn't mean well at all.
Despite his small body, he's actually pretty powerful, but it's easy for him to let his emotions get the best of him, which can sometimes keep him from making smarter decisions or keeping his defense up.

He's also part of a protection organization, and enjoys working there as the head doctor/nurse of the facility. He has a Bewear assistant, who helps him with his work.
