60x38mm fan...pet mesh over the side inside the nostrils, wire guard on the inside of the muzzle. Really squeezed in behind the jawset but we should still have good airflow, it's powerful.

Where does it get air from?

Air is pulled from the mouth area (you're looking at the intake) and then exhausted through the nostrils. Since the mouth is open it's not good for ventilating the head, but it gets the warm/moist exhaled breath out of the mouth area.

Yes! I really don't know how people manage without, I couldn't. (but they do, so maybe I'm just not very heat-tolerant)
