Endless Realms advanced player race - Desert Silean
Player artwork for Endless Realms, a D&D-like "pen and paper" fantasy RPG I'm working for. These are the so-called advanced races, which are subspecies of the core 9 races to be released in their own separate advanced races books.
I was asked to make a desert breed of Silean based on horned lizards - these Sileans have longer hair spines than their normal cousins to aid in their temperature regulation, extending partway down their tails rather than only partway down their backs, and possess thicker, more distinct scales.
