Like, she's easily my favorite UB, not just because she's the only one with a reasonably clear origin(Being based on the tale of Princess Kaguya, as well as the Japanese spacecraft that also happens to be named KAGUYA), but because of all the Ultra Beasts, she seems to be the most peaceful. Yeah, she burned down forests a couple of times, but did she really want/mean to?
