Anyhow: 1) Pull pin, 2) throw at targt, 3) watch them scream and burn.
Aside from my obvious instructions I've always believed the incindiary grenade to be the a smaller version of a napalm bomb. It may or may not but still it's what I generally use for comparison.

I'm fairly certain they still make napalm or something like it...
after all, a sub-par british knock-off of Mythbusters named Brainiac managed to get thair hands on some once, so I can't imagine it's that far out of bounds.

I used to watch Brainiac but it was on G4 and i no longer have G4 for some reason.
Idk, its pretty much a flamable jelly mixture, can't be that hard to reproduce.
