His cheerleaders are long gone. He's still sort of cocky, but not so much as he's a lot more professional. He got his license from him grandfather, Sam Oak, if I'm not mistaken.

Sometimes when someone says or does something evil, a bling shows in their eye. It is like how when Guy sensei on Naruto sticks his thumb up and a bling shows up on his teeth. In the case of your icon, have a needle thin star shape appear and turn momentarily on one of the eyes in the background to emphasize the effects of ominous evil. A classic and old fashioned cartoon technique I know, but still effective. ^\/^.

The spinning bling is the same as the spinning eye effect. Just make two circle shapes that are freakishly stretched out and perpendicular to each other and then copy and paste into two or four frames. Not too hard, aye. That is what I did with my Epee attack picture, only the blings are from my sword. ^\/^.

and yeah, this stuff actually is hard, if you dont have the necessary programs to animate the stuff or properly color, like i dont have photoshop, all i have is oC and MSPaint, and i use my mouse to draw everything. so yeah, its not easy.

All I use is Microsoft Digital Image 9. Does oC have a flipbook program? If not I am sure there is a free one online. I used a simple flipbook thing on my program to do my first animation. The animation you linked looks simple. Just two layers and the same number of frames and I can replicate that. There is a lot of copies involved but nonetheless my animated comic was more complicated than that. But that is just me and my flipbook. I hope I didn't boast or anything. ^\/^.
