Kara: I feel a lot more free to maneuver with Muay Thai in a bout; not that I'm against 'proper' rules in a fight or anything. It's how I was taught to fight, and, after all, if you're in a street scrap outside the ring, you'd want your body and mind to have the maximum amount of freedom and muscle memory to protect yourself. ...or just kick ass, heh. Formal rules tend to get in the way of that.

As for my favorite place to fight, I don't think I've had many very nice places to fight in, minus the NSFW gyms. I have to admit, though, outdoors are where I do best, in fresh air and good sunlight...gives me a sense of clarity!
