Join Our Blood To Become One - old art WIP
Raiding the vaults for old WIPs again...This pic goes way the heck back to around 1982 (?)...reworked around '06...and then refined a bit and tones added this afternoon while home from work sick wiff bad cold...
So, yeah, back before there was a "furry" or "anthro" anything...just part of SF/Fantasy...imagining a fox woman with mystic ideas of unity with nature, joining blood as marriage, then making some fox pups ^_^
Stayed close to revised pic from '06 here. Eventual colour version will be less dark - it's supposed to be a joyful erotic pic...she should have a slight smile, although serious - this is a sacred joining of beloved to family...

From a time i was doing lots of art nouveau style stuff, and the body rather distorted - then revised around '06, sort of going along with distortions. The original intent was for a pleasant romantic if exotic picture - which it will be in the next revision - her face will be more fox-like - smiling - body soft, relaxed, natural proportions while still fitting in curvy composition....Thought it would be fun to show these earlier ideas brought to a slightly more finished look than just a rough pencil sketch. And it sort of stands on it's own as...erm...something or other.
Next version will be prettier...might replace blade with chalice or fan? ....all possible...
