My niece designed this Dutch Angel Dragon pretty much all by herself! I drew the outline and helped suggest the wing pattern and the tail spikes but she did everything else. She based it off of a Quetzal bird's color palette and can't wait until she can get a fursuit of her own. She was inspired by Sniper the Angel Dragon's fursuit and wanted something cute and stompy like him. :D
