Here, as promised, is the second of two unique 'photo-ops' - both taken at the 2016 "Miami Book Fair International", at the Wolfson Campus of Miami-Dade College - pairing up yours truly with another one of these talented celebrity authors in attendance (the first one being Mike Maihack - https://www.furaffinity.net/view/21943404/ ).
At the same lecture in the 'Children's Area' of said Book Fair, I'd met another incredible cartoonist - Eddie Pittman - whose resume of credits include animated features for Walt Disney Studios (including "Mulan", "The Emperor's New Groove", and "Lilo & Stitch"). A Florida resident himself, Pittman was in town to promote his very first (full-color) graphic novel, entitled "Red's Planet" - the misadventures of a ten-year-old runaway human girl, who gets kidnapped by a UFO, and is brought to a planet occupied by aliens, robots, and a variety of anthropomorphic animal characters. (And although it was written for youngsters, "Red's Planet" has an equal appeal to grown-ups as well.)
Needless to say, I not only got Mr. Pittman to autograph my copy of his book, he was gracious enough to pose with me for this 'photo-op'. (And, in case you have already seen "Red's Planet", Eddie is already hard at work on a second volume of misadventures for 'Red' - hopefully to come out in 2017.)
