I do really like the way that you drew the head. It came out absolutely beautifully.
the rest is certainly not HORRIBL, but, as you know, it could definitely use some improvement.

the shoulders are a bit -too- broad, and the arms just a tad too thick for the body-
they could stand to be a bit longer, and remember: the arm thins down a little bit at the wrists. right now they look a little bit odd, like it's a stick with fingers on the end x3

I could keep going, if you like- I know I wish that more people woulda told me what to fix back in the day =P

I don't like just nitpicking at everything all in one go, though. seems rude x3
