First sketchbook.cafe dev log! Here are some site features as of this post:

Sketchbooks
* Users can create up to 3 sketchbooks
* Follow Sketchbook
* Sketchbook Banner + Sketchbook Background Image
* Multiple Artists sharing one sketchbook (up to 6 at the moment). You can create a sketchbook to collaborate with friends or have a fan sketchbook of your favorite character(s)/stories/etc!
* Enable/disable shouts, display 1-10 shouts
* NSFW and Private sketchbooks (frontpage listing)
* Recent Visitors in the last 24 hours

Posts
* Upload single image
* Upload Multi-Image (up to 30!)
* Upload youtube video (with image thumbnail)
* Title/description optional
* Tags (up to 10)
* Favorite post
* Leave comments and replies

Mailbox
* Mail threads act like a mini chat between users
* Chat logs

Notifications
* Message center: favorites, comments, sketchbook follows
* Automatic clearing of messages on visit (no more pesky x buttons!)
* Dropdown shout notification when you receive a sketchbook shout

Users
* Upload avatar (must be 100 by 100)
* Artwork signatures: info that will display on each of your post description
* Timezones for datestamps
* Anonymous Browsing (sketchbook recent visitors)
* Change E-mail/Password
* Block Users
* Google Authenticator for logging in/recovering password

Twitch Stream
* Display your twitch stream on the frontpage (requires that you're streaming on /creative/ with the #sbc tag)
