Well it does look one heck of a lot like him. Also pretty nice for a 30 min doodle :)

I can see how it is easy to come to that conclusion given the similar features, horns, and facial structure, the main reason I said that was he lacked the facial scar and the hairstyle (manestyle?) isn't quite right. An AU version/past incarnation then?

Well the hairstyle would be fairly easy to explain since he could easily just not have set his hair. The scars though I didn't notice and would be a fair bit harder to explain :P
Everything else did seem to lign up though. The beard, the tusks and that manly facial structure of his that I can't help but love are pretty much in the same style as Cliff. So yeah, either you'd need to add the scars, or this could only really be explained by him being an AU or Cliff's past incarnation... That or someone who looks quite a lot like him :3

Could even be his father. Have yet to really design his parents.
