Got my new motherboard put in, and all is working finally. I CAN DIGI ART AGAIN
ASUS can go jump off a bridge now, I'm heavily disappointed in their customer service.
Here, have this guinea pig experiment to bust in my sexy tablet with my new comp.

it's absolutely abysmal. They were rude and condescending towards me and started to talk down to me like I was stupid. There was ONE nice lady the first time I called, but no more since. Like this was going on since July and they dragged it all the way to Nov 8th, which was when my warranty ended. My friend thinks it was intentional :I So now Im going to plaster their Facebook page if my letter doesn't suffice. All I want is my money back xD

I'm going to agree with your friend that it was intentional. No one would just coincidentally an easily fixable dispute on for that long. could threaten them with the Better Business Bureau. My next motherboard purchase plan is an Asus but I always keep this well in my mind.
It has to be. They also demanded I give them my serial numbers for my CPU and memory to see if my motherboard was "compatible", but I refused because it didnt seem right. So they flat out wouldn't further my case number so I can do the RMA form. I have screenshots of the shenanigans xD
Be careful xD my current motherboard is MSI. I got it on Black Friday but it gouged out what was in my bank account lol xD worth it though
On a side note, my same friend got a new MSI graphics card and it randomly caught on fire 20 min later after being put in & tested, and took out her motherboard. Made me worry about mine, but all is well xD

MSI's not all that pretty on the customer support side either from what I hear. I went with EVGA for my graphics cards. If I have to change something like replace a fan or screw on a new back bracket or change out the shroud because it got damaged, I can either send the card to them, or they will send me the parts and I can do it myself. Really nice actually. Other companies I've been looking at is Gigabyte for boards.
