This handsome and absolutely perfect 3 inch American mink skull has been cleaned by me using environment safe methods. It is a natural decease, damage free, fully degreased and odorless.

I hand-painted the skull with my homemade metallic paints and antiqued it so it has the look of real ancient bronze; it looks like real bronze but doesn't have the weight of it. The painting and antiquing was done in a grand total of 28 layers to achieve this look.

The skull hangs on a 22 inch antique copper chain with a quality lobster clasp; the chain runs through a matching link that is drilled into the back of the skull. More free-moving chains hang in an elegant sweep from the temporal ridges down and back up to the lower canine teeth, adding a faint steampunky flavor. The chains are attached to the skull with 14k gold (EP) links that are hooked over the canine teeth and pierced through the temporal ridges (all holes drilled with a jeweler's drill.)
