Yeah she's a Delphox, I had a hard time moving all her fur around but it works for now I suppose.

If you're curious about Inessa, she's a very gentle-hearted mother of probably 30 kids. She tells people's fortunes and strips to make money to feed so many mouths (a lot of the kids are adult so it's not like she leaves them alone lol). She actually doesn't make a ton even still and actually has close relations with a Krookadile crime boss named Finetooth. Yeah... it's gritty anthro no-human Pokemon! Wooo~
