Well, she was a prostitute. It is very likely that she got sick. In a medieval type setting, this is especially common. See: Le miserab

It was more likely due to her advanced age. She was very lovely but one can only live for so long.

Ahh I thought she looked a lot younger than she was, she looked pretty amazing for someone her age then.

Kind of a thing for Farelliar residents, most species have a short lifespan of around 40 years, and look their best up to about 35 before they start showing significant signs of aging.

I like the fact that his scar is only a small one on his flew/snout area not one that covers his face. I ran full speed into a gate and it gave me only a one inch scar. I also slammed a ladder into my face and only got like half a centimetre. Good on you Feretta for getting the size just right.

I've adored this story for a while. For the record, my money is on Baren confessing he's had a thing for Fenfen. Nothing like self-shame and/or trying to fit in for acting like an ass as a kid. Or an adult, if one hasn't managed to grow up in the interim.
