Ghosty writing again.
And no, today it's nothing from the Italian cuisine ... but Indian cuisine.
Palak Murgh, Chicken curry with spinach, cardamom and fresh ginger, with a side of Peas Pulao. Spiced rice with peas.
I made the recipe a little milder, as I can't eat too hot, changed a few minor things, added a little more joghurt.
But basically I followed those two awesome recipes I found online.

Have to admit I never cooked it before and never heard of it. But a friend of mine pointed me to a similar dish.
I like it. Relatively easy to make and very aromatic.
I'll probably try a vegetarian variant with Paneer next time my brother visits me
