I am in a family with my brother, sister, and myself...all in highschool, and my dads a milk fiend...we drink about a gallon a day...^^

Chocolate milk is good...but I try to stay away from it...eating vegetables!!!!!

Take bannanas, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and other fruits, stick 'em in a blender...add some vegetables...(your favorite of choice) more fruits than vegetables... like....70% fruit, 30% vegetables...


Then add half and half...and dump the chocolate syrup in there...
