I was greeted with this by surprise on Second Life back when I used to go on everyday, specifically during the days when I hung out in Satch's and Buttercup's sims... Most of the regulars got these little surprise pictures from the two of them. :)

Her design hasn't changed too much, though I draw her quite a bit fuller figured nowadays than I did when this was done.

Satch has pretty much disappeared since--I figure his job began to interfere. I know he's an actual professional cartoonist (because I put two and two together artwise), but one who prefers not to be named. I miss him and the old sims--Lusk isn't nearly as fun a mass-furry hangout!
