A collab story on a failed comic project that my friend 
monterrang was working on.
We decided that I would make this small story, and he in return would make an image of the aftermath of said story's events.

All the characters are from MLP, and is owned by Hasbro.
As a rift in time and space opens up over Ponyville, one pink unicorn female could be seen dropped from the sky, as she then rises up and starts shouting in triumph!
"Ah, ha, ha! I did it! I managed to change the course of history, and that pesky Twilight Sparkle and her dragon pet wasn't able to catch up to me!" Starlight Glimmer said as she got up and saw the time portal close up from above her.
"Let's see now how this all looks like after I..." Starlight said before suddenly running into Pinkie Pie's sister Maud, except she was now incredibly fat!
"Hey there." Maud said in her normally monotone way of speaking, completely oblivious to the fact that she was now a hulking mass of fat basically!
And this wasn't a one time occasion, as wherever Starlight was turning her head she saw that every pony she knew (besides herself) was bulging obese version of themselves in this world.
"Okay, this is freaky! Maybe I shouldn't have been trying to change the past? It all looks so weird out here now." Starlight said to herself worryingly, as she started to hear a familiar voice shout "OH COME ON TWILIGHT!", and upon turning her head in that direction she couldn't believe what she saw.
Sitting right outside the local restaurant was all of the main six, and all with bellies the sizes of what their old bodies used to look like!
There was also tons of empty dinner plates filling up the table they where sitting next to, but Pinkie Pie was still asking for other ponies to bring them more to eat, Applejack was mindlessly eating every peace of food that she could find, Rainbow Dash was complaining over how Twilight wasn't the one eating the most at the moment (As she felt that the leader of the team naturally should have the largest mass), Rarity was saying that she was trying to look after her "girly figure" and therefore "only" ate 23 portions, and laying down by the short side Fluttershy felt like she might have overstuffed her own tummy. (As it was making loud complains over how much it was forced to digest.)
"This...is...PERFECT!" Starlight said as she rubbed her hoofs together in a delightfully evil way.
"With all of them looking like that there would be no problem for me to rule this stupid town! I am basically the most agile and powerful of all the unicorns now!" Starlight thought as she was now heading quickly towards Twilight's Castle to seize it.
"Maybe I can even battle against Celestia and Luna now! Or should I at least wait and train myself up a bit, just to be safe?" Starlight was asking herself when she suddenly felt how she ran into something very doughy and soft.
Looking up she almost fell over in shock over seeing that it was none other then her childhood friend (And secret crush) Sunburst, being just as fat and lazy looking as the others.
"Sunburst?! I...I mean, YOU!" Starlight said in sheer confusion as her mind could barley comprehend seeing her favourite stallion looking like this.
"Yeah. What about me?" He asked in a confused lazy tone, as Starlight Glimmer started to slowly back away before then starting to run away in panic.
"No No No No No No No No No!!!" Starlight said as she ran off, and first now did the fatted up Sunburst start to ask himself, "Wonder why she looked so weird? Her face and waist looked so...small."
Starlight didn't know what it was but seeing her love looking so not like himself had made her regret trying to change the course of history, and now she just hoped she could change it back.
The only problem was...she had no clue on what to do!
Looking after the scroll used for when doing the travelling in the first place Starlight remembered having tossed it away once calling her mission a success, and now it could be literally ANYWHERE thanks to winds and such making it fly away.
Hiding inside an alley Starlight started to try and see if there was any way for her to somehow make the scroll come back to her with the help of her unicorn powers, when her stomach started to growl strangely.
"Ohhhh! I don't feel very well..." Starlight said while covering her belly with her hooves, when suddenly with a loud "BLOOMP!!!" a large mass of fat shout out from her middle and quickly started to spread to the rest of her!
Having stayed to long inside this reality Starlight's body was finally giving up it's old form, and had now been starting to change her into how all the other ponies in this world looks like! (And there was next to noting she could do about it, as the changes was going on so quickly.)
First once she was just as fat and lazy as every other pony did Sunburst show up around the corner and said, "There you are. I was just wondering where you had gone, since you looked so weird you got me really worried and..." before seeing she had now become an obese version of herself.
"Oh. Now you look like I remember you." Sunburst said as he helped the now big bellied Starlight Glimmer get back up onto her feet.
But for Starlight it wasn't just her body changing up, as even her mind was starting to get turned into the same simple ways as the ponies here has, and in just a few more minutes the old version of Starlight was gone forever.
"Hey. Hey! Starlight! What is on your mind right now?" Sunburst asked as he looked deep into her eyes, and with her brain now completely redesigned it took a few seconds of thinking before Starlight said, "I could go for some cake."
"That's more the girl I know and love." Sunburst said and smiled as he started to drag his big girl with him.
"Let's go and have cake together."
