Lovely creature. <3 I wouldn't mind having that as a pet. :3 Or, if its the sentient kinda bizzare critter, friend and/or drinking buddy. o.o Color scheme looks nice, and I would say the background turned out well enough. Little... sleeve... thing on the tail is also cute.
