I call this piece Passing the Torch. My grandpa knows i draw, so requested a pic of our animals (cat picture forthcomming) However, the white dog passed before I had finalized the drawing and we got a new dog, the black one. So I turned my drawing into a kind of tribute piece, showing the new dog taking up the mantle of family dog.

Black dog is named Sly and he is a Mini-Pin and Dachshund
White dog was named Shaggy and he was an American Eskimo.

This is one of the biggest pieces i've ever drawn, over 5k pixels wide. I wanted it to be high quality because I had it professionally printed out to hang up.
