Hidden village on Poni Island, Alola… 2:30 pm...
Ryuga sat on his chair in his office, signing paperwork for his retirement as village chief. He sighed, he didn't want to resign, but with him turning 50 soon he had to pass on his legacy. Ryuga finished his paperwork and rubbed his face with his claws. He stood up and made his way to his son’s house.
Ryuga knocked on the door and said, “Elwood, are you home, we need to talk.”
Elwood ran to the door and opened it saying, “Sure, what do you need dad.”
Ryuga sighed and said in his strict voice, “Elwood, it's time for you to lead this village.”
Elwood’s jaw dropped as he grabbed his dad's claw and brought him inside, shutting the door behind him. Elwood quietly yelled, “What do you mean dad, I may only be 23, but that does not mean I could lead the village. I can barely find my house key at times.”
Ryuga put his claw on his son’s shoulder and replied, “I know, you may be irresponsible, but I'm starting to grow old and I think it's time for a new leader.”
Elwood looked at his dad straight in his eyes. Elwood smiled and said, “I'll do my best dad. Both for the village and our family.”
Ryuga smiled and hugged his son. He whispered into his son’s ear, “the ceremony is in 2 hours. It's time for you to get ready.”
3 hours later… 6:00 pm...
Ryuga leaned back on his couch and sighed. He never got to relax at all, maybe ounce or twice a month, but never more. He began to close as the village lights turned on, but just before Ryuga closed his eyes he hearted a voice call his name. He knew it wasn't his wife, since she went to the next village over for a few months, and his son was taking care of his little sister.
Ryuga stood up as his claw turned purple, readying a Dragon Claw attack. He slowly made his way to his back yard, his claw still glowing. He then heard the voice come from the Dialga shrine. He walked his way over to the entrance and closed it off. He still had his claw ready and slowly approached the shrine.
He stopped and saw the shrine glowing a small bit. He finally stopped his claw from glowing and touched the shrine with his claw. When he did the room was filled with a bright white light as Ryuga slowly walked blindly backwards and hit a wall. The light fades and to Ryuga’s shock Dialga stood in front of him. Ryuga immediately bowed and said, “what honor do I deserve to be your presence Dialga.”
Dialga smiled and said, “It was my pleasure to be in your presence Ryuga. Today marked the day you resigned as chief and you left the village to your son, am I right.”
Ryuga still looking at the ground said, “Yes Dialga.”
Dialga smiled again and said, “You made a great choice Ryuga. I could see a great chief spirit within him, just like when I visited your father.”
Ryuga again still looking at the ground said, “Thank you Dialga.”
Dialga replied, “Now that you have resigned I came to visit you on a special thing for your retirement. I present to you a feast, an infinite feast to be exact. I would be happy if you dug in.”
Ryuga finally looked up at Dialga’s face and asked, “Why a feast, and why infinite.”
Dialga chuckled, “This is something your dad told me back when you where just a little Jangmo-o you where a massive glutton. He told me you would come back for seconds and thirds and sometimes even fourths. You used to be 135 pounds, but then you changed one day. You began starving yourself, working out, and soon you were fit as a fiddle. Your parents loved you more when you where a glutton, so why not return to those roots.”
Ryuga felt a tear roll down his face, he replied, “Dad and mom really thought that about me.” Ryuga's sadness soon turned to courage as he continued, “I will do this for my Mother and Father, and for you Dialga.”
Ryuga stepped up to the table and began digging in. Fried Magikarp was one of the first things that Ryuga devoured, them mashed potatoes and rice. What Ryuga did not notice was his gut, it began pushing outwards and began to obtain a nice softness, too. Ryuga still continued though, bread and pies also sat on the table as he also devoured those as well and finally, with a hearty burp, Ryuga stepped aback from the table and rubbed his new belly.
To Ryuga, stuffing himself senseless was something he never thought he would enjoy. He poked his new belly fat and smiled. He squished it as it was nice and soft to the touch. He sat their wondering how much he ate, more importantly, how much he gained. Dialga smiled and asked, “Well, how did that feel.”
Ryuga sat in silence for a second and smiled, “It was amazing, I can't wait to see my knew weight.”
Dialga nodded and said, “I'll see you here again tomorrow, ok.”
Ryuga nodded and said, “Most definitely.”
30 minutes later… 6:45 pm…
Ryuga sat on his couch now, his TV turned onto the new Biggest Gainers show that was airing on the new Fat Network. He was surprised to see so many Pokemon that weighed much more than him, being only 225 pounds, some even weighing in at 50 times his weight. He smiled, he was happy to see what he can become. He lounged back on his couch and closed his eyes.
The next morning… 4:25 am…
Ryuga sat up after sleeping on his couch all night. He stood up stretching his arms and legs. He looked outside to see the crack of dawn of sunlight peering over the small hill at the south side of the village. He looked out his other window and looked at the shrine. He smiled and went outside and made his way to the entrance to the shrine.
Ryuga stood next to the statue and placed his claw on it. He felt the shrine rumble slightly and again the light shined again. He took a couple steps back and looked at Dialga who was still asleep with his pink sleep cap on. Ryuga stepped next to Dialga and poked him, no response. Ryuga poked him again and finally Dialga woke up.
Ryuga smiled and said, “I didn't know wore a sleep cap.”
Dialga looked up and quickly took it of his head and replied, “I don't, it was a uhh decoration, yea a decoration.”
Ryuga chuckled, “your bad at lieing, you know that.”
Dialga frowned and said, “I know, but hey you got a feast ahead of you.” Ryuga licked his lips and watched as a large table appeared in front of him. He saw eggs, pancakes, waffles, Hashbrowns. Dialga added, “I challenge you to eat every last morsel of food on that table.” Ryuga smiled and began to eat.”
2 hours later… 7:00 am…
“Come on Ryuga, only one more bite.” Dialga chanted.
Ryuga was breathing heavily, his stomach was at it's maximum, he was burping like crazy, he was full, but he shoved the last piece of pancake down his throat. Ryuga fell hard on his newly soft behind and rubbed his tight gut.
Dialga smiled, “I knew you had it in you Ryuga. I hope your ready for lunch.”
Ryuga gave the thumbs up and leaned back against the wall. His now 435 pound body now had really grown on him. Ryuga finally knew what it felt like to be his younger self again, but he wanted more weight, and Dialga knew that too.
