Ah yes, the first cross-over character in the DWD universe. Before he was crashing planes for Darkwing, he was crashing planes for ole' Scrooge (wonder why they never stated why LP moved to St. Canard? heh...). Anyway, a little bird suggested that I draw him so here he is. Hope you like it!
