This is my interpretation of Doug done by

In Marvelous Man’s story, Doug is still the Director of the North American D.A.B. region. He’s a southern gentleman that simply can’t shake the Texas out of himself(or in this case, his feet).

And since Doug is a witch with a bunch of responsibility, some of the smaller detail workload is carried off by his familiar, Puzzles, a smoke imp. Unlike his suave master, he’s more blunt. He can seem stern, but he’s very nice as long as you respect him or adore his cuteness

Doug & Puzzles first appear in Chapter 8.
