I'm in DIRE need of a new laptop. The one I'm using currently--a Dell Inspiron--is incredibly slow, has low resolution (i'm sitting at 1766x768 right now), the colors on-screen are way off despite dozens of tweaks in the graphics settings, and randomly lags EVERYWHERE at sporadic intervals, even though I recently cleaned the hard drive and have plenty of anti-virus ware to keep it clean.

Drawing and writing are difficult to do when you computer has a life of its own and decides when you can and can't use it to create, so I've decided to start a campaign to earn $600 to buy a new laptop! This one, in fact:
