I thought about deleting the first image, but since it garnered so many comments and faves, I figured I'd leave it =P However, I think I will move the other one to my scraps folder.

Anyway, just took about 20 minutes to ad some highlights, and some extra shading in a few spots, but I'll let you all be the judge of which one's better.
