By Commissioning me, you agree to and understand the following terms between the lines below.

1: I, in use of "you" the commissioner, agree that Arcane may take as much time as he needs to finish the commission, as long as no major issues will come between completing the order, progressing through it, or to make it the most quality that they can make it.
2: I agree that I will pay 50% or more, of the final price for the commission I have ordered Arcane to make; via Paypal invoice.
3: I will receive a full refund, only in the case, that the commission is withdrawn 12 hours after the order is placed, and Arcane has not completed more than the flat coloring of at least character.
4: Upon completion of the Commission, I will complete the order by paying the remaining percent of the final price.
5: Arcane may only show a low quality resolution preview of the Commission with their watermark if they so choose. If I have paid complete in full price of the Commission in the midst of its duration, this term is disregarded, and they may present a "Work in Progress" upon request.
6: If I have paid 100% of the Commission upon order; the price is locked in, and Arcane may not request more or less of the price. This term is disregarded if the Commission includes a level 3 Background. ("Mastered")
