A friend summons tons of pizza for Hefto to eat. Having ate most of them he sits with his enormous belly. The magic didn't dissipate naturally like it supposed to. Having so much packed in him, the magic coagulated inside him instead causing the magic to animate his stomach contents into a semi-sentient blob. Now it tries to bust its way out Hefto's stomach.

Heh, seems like a very large sentient blob forming! Although there seems to be a slice or two still remaining outside of the mass that needs to be added to it! Along with drinks and some other things. I really like the green almost radioactive or bio-hazard like glow! Also the dynamic curves to the stomach bulges are pretty neat as well.
